Answers to your questions
Everything you need to know about websites, packages, hosting, SEO, chatbots, CRM and working with Infinyco — explained simply.
Getting started
Who is Infinyco?
Infinyco is a Malta-focused digital solutions provider. We design websites and build practical business tools such as CRM dashboards, lead management, chatbots and automations for small businesses, professionals and growing teams.
How do I contact you or request a consultation?
You can contact our team to tell us about your business, ask a question or request an initial consultation. We will discuss your goals, recommend suitable options and prepare a quotation based on what you need.
Why does my business need a website?
A professional website helps people find your business, understand your services and contact you at any time. Unlike a social media profile, it gives you more control over your brand, content and customer journey. It can also collect enquiries and support future growth.
Do I need a website if I already use Facebook or Instagram?
Social media is useful for visibility, but a website gives customers a central, professional place to see your services, portfolio, FAQs and contact details. Your website and social accounts can work together.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We can review an existing website and quote for redesign, additional pages, improved mobile experience, forms or integrations. Access and compatibility will be assessed first.
Packages, prices and customisation
What website packages do you offer?
Infinyco offers Essential (from €399+, up to 3 responsive pages), Growth (from €800+, 5–10 pages, enhanced interactive design, three selectable features and a standard rule-based FAQ chatbot), and Signature (from €1,500+, 10+ pages with a scoped CRM, lead-management and automation solution). Each includes post-launch technical defect support for the agreed website: Essential 7 days, Growth 30 days and Signature 60 days. An AI-powered chatbot is an optional separately quoted upgrade, not part of standard Growth.
Can I customise any package?
Absolutely. Essential, Growth and Signature are starting points, not rigid templates. You can request additional pages, galleries, bookings, multilingual content, logo design, chatbots, CRM features, automation and other upgrades. Extras outside the agreed package scope are quoted separately. Browse the add-ons menu and select the package you want to enhance.
Can I build my own package from scratch?
Yes. Our Build Your Solution configurator lets you choose how many pages you need, the types of pages, preferred design style, contact options, chatbot features, branding and business integrations. You can submit your requirements for a tailored quotation without having to choose a preset package.
I have a small business. Do I really need a website?
Even a small business benefits from having one reliable place where customers can find your services, view examples of your work and contact you at any time. A website supports your social media presence and can make your business easier to discover and trust. You do not need a complicated site: a simple one-page website may be enough, while Essential allows up to 3 pages if useful. We can help you choose what fits your needs and budget.
Are the advertised starting prices final?
The prices shown are the minimum starting prices for the standard scope of each package: Essential from €399+, Growth from €800+ and Signature from €1,500+. Extra pages, features, custom integrations and third-party services may increase your final quotation. We confirm the agreed scope and costs before work begins.
Can I add features after my project has started or finished?
Absolutely. Before development, you can include upgrades in your quote. During development, you can request new pages or features; we will explain any change in price or delivery date before proceeding. After launch, we can quote for further improvements. Where technically feasible, your existing website can grow with your business.
Websites, SEO and branding
What does responsive website mean?
A responsive website adjusts its layout for mobile phones, tablets and computers. We test key pages and interactions across common screen sizes before launch.
What is basic SEO setup: titles, descriptions and sitemap?
SEO means Search Engine Optimisation. We add a relevant page title (the text shown in browser tabs and often search results), a meta description (a short summary search engines may display) and an XML sitemap (a list of important pages that helps search engines discover them). We also use clear headings and sensible page structure. This helps search engines understand the site, but does not guarantee indexing, traffic or a first-page ranking.
Will my website appear first on Google?
No agency can guarantee a first-place Google ranking. Basic SEO prepares the site for discovery; ongoing SEO, content work and advertising are separate services.
Do you design logos?
Yes. We can create a logo as an optional branding service, or work with your existing approved logo. The number of concepts, revisions, file formats and final cost will be agreed in your quote. Open Build Your Solution to include logo design in your request.
Do I need to provide photos and text?
Ideally, provide your business description, services, prices if applicable, photos, logo and contact details. We can discuss copywriting or sourcing suitable licensed imagery as an additional service.
Can you build booking or online shopping features?
Yes, subject to the agreed scope. Booking systems, online shops and payment gateways may require paid third-party services, merchant accounts and additional privacy or consumer-law information.
Can you connect WhatsApp and social media?
Yes. We can add agreed WhatsApp, click-to-call, email and social media links, and enquiry forms. Some integrations may require account access or external subscriptions.
Domains, hosting and launch
What is a domain name?
A domain is your website address, such as yourbusiness.com or yourbusiness.mt. What we do: help you check availability, register a new domain or connect one you already own, and configure it for your website. What we need from you: your preferred domain name, business/registrant details and, if you already have a domain, authorised access to its settings. We recommend that the domain is registered in your name so you retain ownership. Registration and renewal costs are confirmed in your quote.
What are domain, SSL and hosting setup?
Your domain is the website address; hosting is the service that makes your website available online; and SSL/TLS enables the secure HTTPS connection in your browser. What we do: configure hosting, connect the domain, set up HTTPS and test that the website loads correctly. What we need from you: your chosen domain or access to an existing one, approved website content and any required third-party account permissions. We explain domain renewals, hosting charges and optional ongoing management before launch.
Do I own my domain and website?
Ownership, source-file handover, accounts and access should be set out in your written agreement. We recommend client ownership of the domain and clear handover terms for the website.
What happens when hosting or the domain renews?
Domains usually renew annually and hosting may be free or paid depending on usage and features. We will confirm who pays, renewal dates, ongoing management responsibilities and cancellation arrangements before launch.
Do you provide business email addresses?
We can discuss connecting a custom-domain email service, but mailboxes usually require a separate provider and recurring subscription. Website hosting alone does not automatically include business email.
Timelines, revisions and support
How long does a website take to build?
A simple project may move quickly once all content and approvals are available, but there is no guaranteed universal turnaround. The delivery estimate depends on page count, design complexity, content readiness, integrations and feedback. We confirm milestones in the quotation.
What does one revision round mean?
One revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the agreed draft, such as correcting text, replacing supplied images or adjusting colours and spacing within the original brief. It is not unlimited redesigns, new pages or new features. We agree what is included before work begins.
What happens if I need more revisions?
Additional revision rounds, new requirements or changes outside the approved brief can be quoted separately. We explain the cost and impact on timing before proceeding.
Do you maintain websites after launch?
Yes. Every website package includes an initial post-launch technical-fix support period: Essential 7 days, Growth 30 days and Signature 60 days, starting when the website goes live. This covers fixing technical issues with the original agreed website scope, not new features, design changes or routine content updates. Optional ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately for hosting administration, technical checks and agreed content updates. New pages, redesigns, integrations and other enhancements are quoted separately. Hosting and domain renewal costs are explained before launch.
Can you update my website later?
Yes. You can request changes to text, images, pages or features. Small updates may be covered by a management plan; larger changes are quoted separately.
Chatbots, CRM and automation
What is the difference between a FAQ chatbot and an AI-powered chatbot?
A standard FAQ chatbot responds using approved, predefined answers about your business, such as opening hours, services and prices. This standard rule-based FAQ chatbot is included in Growth. An AI-powered chatbot can handle more varied questions and provide more flexible conversations, but is an optional upgrade quoted separately; AI services may have setup, subscription and usage charges. We explain the options and costs before you decide.
What is a CRM?
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It is a system that keeps customer information, enquiries, leads, follow-up tasks and sales stages in one organised place so you can respond faster and avoid missed opportunities.
Why would my business benefit from a CRM?
A CRM can replace scattered spreadsheets and messages with one lead list, clear ownership, reminders and useful reporting. It is especially helpful when you receive enquiries from your website, social media or multiple team members.
Can a CRM connect to my website?
Yes. For example, a website enquiry form can create a lead in your CRM, notify your team and mark the enquiry for follow-up. Integration depends on the CRM platform, API availability, permissions and agreed scope.
Can I buy a CRM without buying a website?
Yes. Infinyco can discuss a standalone CRM or lead-management dashboard as a separate project. We can scope customer records, pipeline stages, permissions, reporting and integrations without building a new website.
What are business automations and external integrations?
Automation means software performing agreed repetitive steps, such as recording a new enquiry, emailing a confirmation or reminding staff to follow up. An external integration connects your site or CRM to another supported tool using an API or connector. Feasibility, provider fees and usage limits are assessed case by case.
What are custom workflows and reporting?
A custom workflow is a sequence of steps built around how your business operates, such as enquiry → qualification → quote → follow-up → closed deal. Reporting can show new leads, response times, conversion rates or outstanding tasks, depending on the data available and agreed dashboard design.
Privacy and other questions
Do you add privacy policies and cookie banners?
We can implement client-approved privacy notices, cookie controls and legal-page links where needed. Requirements depend on the data collected, cookies, analytics and type of business. Legal drafting and regulatory approval are not automatically included; the client should verify their own business-specific legal content.
Can you work with businesses in Malta and Gozo?
Yes. Infinyco focuses on businesses in Malta and Gozo, including service providers, trades, hospitality and professional teams.
