Privacy Policy

Publication review required: the business operator's legal identity and a working privacy contact must be supplied before this notice can be finalised. Confirm your actual email provider and any enabled AI provider. The retention schedule below is a policy to adopt and follow, not an automatic deletion feature.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you request a consultation we collect your name, business name, email address, project interests, message and any additional information you choose to provide. We may also process communications related to your enquiry. Technical hosting logs may be processed by our hosting provider.

3. Why we use information and our legal bases

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requirements and prepare quotations, generally where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We may also process necessary correspondence for legitimate business interests, subject to a balancing assessment (Article 6(1)(f)). Where required by law, records may be retained under Article 6(1)(c). We do not automatically add enquiry contacts to marketing lists.

4. Service providers

We use Netlify to host our website and process consultation form submissions. We may also use the email service connected to our business correspondence to reply to enquiries. We do not sell contact-form information. If we enable an AI chatbot, we will update this notice to identify the AI service and explain how chat messages are handled before making that service available.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Before relying on any such processing, we need to check the provider's current data-processing terms and applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant. We have not yet completed that review.

6. Retention

We normally keep enquiries that do not become customer projects for up to 12 months after the last meaningful correspondence, then delete them from our active email and form-submission records unless there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain them longer. We review stored enquiries periodically. Records relating to ongoing projects, contracts, disputes or statutory obligations may be retained for longer as necessary. You can request deletion of your information, subject to applicable exceptions.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (Malta). Contact us at the privacy email above to exercise your rights.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses browser storage to remember a visitor's selected appearance (light or dark mode). Interactive demonstrations may use temporary or local browser data to show sample functionality. These demonstrations do not require visitors to submit real customer data. We do not intentionally use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies on the current site. If we add non-essential tracking in future, we will review and implement the appropriate consent controls before activating it.

9. AI assistant

Our guided website assistant provides information about our services. An optional AI-powered assistant may be enabled in the future. Before enabling it, we will confirm and disclose the AI provider, how messages are processed, relevant retention arrangements and any international transfers. Please do not enter passwords, payment card information or sensitive personal information into website chat.
